Got a second hand ibanez artcore hollow body and was absolutely fantastic. However I also purchased a strat. That was un fixable. But company obviously couldn't help as I'd taken it somewhere to try and fix it instead of returning it. The luthier said it was a complete write off. Tried absolutely everything but no joy. Neck was too bent and pick ups were all Over the place. Son wasn't happy but the ibanez made up for it. They need to check more vigorously before selling. And the strat was new also.

I have dealt with this company over the years and have always had excellent service but this time was even above that. I had been looking for a practice bass combo for some time and finally decided on the fender rumble lt25, what a piece of kit! I ordered from g4m yesterday around 3ish and it arrived today about the same time..that is incredible service. thank you g4m.

I was bought this piano for my 70th birthday. It was delivered promptly and assembly was straightforward.
I had a small issue which was resolved very quickly.

Really disappointed with large 4K order that was delayed multiple times by their fault. Waited over a month and had to make change to receive my equipment for less quality item that was in stock but even then order was delayed even more cause by them. Me and my boy work closely with new, young musicians and their parents always seek advise from me where to purchase musical instrument and gear4musisc will be last on my list as it lost my support meaning loosing hundreds of new customers.

it was cheap at the price but still make it sound like

Excellent communication. Item packed well in 2 boxes. My first Bass guitar, normally a Strat and Telecaster fella so I opted for a short scale. This doesn't disappoint at all. For the money it's very playable out of the box. For someone dipping their toe into bass I don't think you can go wrong with the Seattle. A good range of tone and the pots seem pretty responsive considering it's a cheap guitar. Very happy with the Bass and G4M.

Absolutely incredible customer service. As a gigging musician my wireless tx went down, I thought it was out of warranty (12 months), and thought I was knackered as I couldn't see a replacement to purchase as a separate. I contacted their service department in a proper panic with 2 gigs this weekend and in the space of one email s replacement was on the way...issues with the carrier meant it looked like it wouldn't be left at my house, again one email and I was staggered to find it in my doorstep. Happy me, happy band, happy punters. It's never gonna be like that all the time but, when I really needed G4M to be heroes, they complete came through. Damn I'm an impressed and happy bunny. Johnny.

Decided to buy an Elvis style microphone, as I saw a friend using one at a gig last week and it was very cool. Googled, G4M was the cheapest by far, and I had the transaction done in less than 5 minutes, even including messing about with all the 2-factor verification every bloody site insists on now.

Anyway, great experience, have shopped here before and will do so again

Have bought from them several times. They have given me great advice from time to time - they once did not take the opportunity to make a sale as they considered it was not in my interest (bluetooth headphones to use with keyboard - latency issue).
